Instructions for use

- Select the camera you wish to connect to

- Write your username and password

- A plug-in will then be installed in your computer allowing the visualisation of the classroom.

Common Questions

- After writing my username and password Windows blocks the installation:

   To visualise the images it is necessary to install a plug-in. Sometimes this installation is blocked by the system, and a window on the top part of the navigator will appear to confirm the installation. One the installation has been confirmed, the page must be refreshed by pressing F5. A permit is necessary to install the software needed to complete this operation.

- I have forgotten my username and password:

   Please contact the Centre and a new username and password will be issued.
